(We had to rent our home back in Indy since the market there is also on the down-low,) and we're hoping to be able to purchase here in Waikoloa Village soon. I've visit Kauai once about 7 years ago. Stayed at the Princeville. Wow. Heaven on earth (but the Big Island is also very beautiful too!)
